Laohuzui: ask locally before you drive there
Laohuzui, Yuanyang
Laohuzui (Tiger's Mouth) is the third platform on the paid pass and was long known for its sunsets. In June 2018, heavy rain set off a landslide below the platform that damaged terraces and closed the viewpoint. It reopened on a trial basis in 2023 after repairs, but reviews are sharply split.
