Skip Pudacuo National Park in winter
East of Shangri-La town
Forest boardwalks, alpine lakes and meadows reached by a compulsory park bus. It can be lovely in summer and autumn, but in winter the ticket buys you frozen, brown scenery and a lot of bus time.
