This barbecue began in 1991 with one cook and three small tables, and it is now one of Kunming's best-known grills. The specialties are braised first and then finished over charcoal: chicken feet, pig trotters and pork skin, plus beef skewers and rice cakes. It suits a group and a few cold beers.
