Menghuan pagodas: see the gold one from outside, go up the silver at sunset
Menghuan pagodas, Mangshi
The two pagodas stand close together on a hill above Mangshi. Many visitors admire the Golden Pagoda from a distance and spend their time at the Silver Pagoda, arriving after 4 pm for sunset and reflections. On the way down, stop at the halfway viewpoint to see the gold one light up in the evening sun.
